Röchling acquires Schwartz GmbH Technical Plastics

Schwartz GmbH Technical PlasticsRöchling Engineering Plastics SE & Co. KG, Haren, acquires plastic processor Schwartz GmbH Technical Plastics, Xanten/Germany subject to approval by the competition authority

Schwartz GmbH, with international production and sales subsidiaries in the Czech Republic, China, and the USA, specializes in the manufacture of moulded components from cast polyamide and offers in particular large-volume and highly resilient machined parts made from engineering plastics for all the industries.

Röchling, with this acquisition, improves its competency and specialises in the production of high-quality machined parts and components.

“With this acquisition we enhance our competence with new technologies and anticipate synergies with our global sites for the manufacture of machined parts”, said, Franz Lübbers, member of the Executive Board and responsible for Röchling Group’s Industrial Division.
