Primo Medical Group, a leader in the development and manufacture of medical devices and precision machined components, has acquired Cleanroom Assembly and Packaging business from North American Sterilization and Packaging (NASP), Franklin, New Jersey.
Primo Medical Group, after the acquisition of Cleanroom Assembly and Packaging business, is enabled to expand its Cleanroom Assembly operations by including NASP’s customer portfolio, which covers a wide range of medical device manufacturers in the US and Europe. Further, the acquisition enables Primo Medical Group to expand its dynamic platform of Engineering, Manufacturing, Cleanroom Assembly and Packaging services.
