Grupo Antolin and HiRain Technologies have entered into a strategic partnership to develop integrated lighting products with high electronic content. This collaboration between the largest manufacturers of vehicle interiors in the world (Grupo Antolin) and leading automotive Chinese electronics provider (HiRain Technologies) is likely to enhance the expertise and technology in integrated lighting systems (especially for the car makers) and provide automakers with state-of-art interior components with the latest in-built lighting solutions. However, the initial focus will be on OEMs.
This alliance between the two will strengthen Grupo Antolin’s hold as a top worldwide interior lighting player. The synergies created by this partnership will benefit the customers. HiRain’s technological expertise and core electronic components know-how along will integrate with Grupo Antolin’s knowledge of system integration and optical capabilities for vehicle interiors in order to offer the most advance lighting multiproduct portfolio in the market that’ll cater the rising technical requirements from carmakers.

The smart integrator strategy seeks to build intelligence into the interior parts of a car. This integration of intelligence into Grupo Antolin’s products will be done efficiently to showcase the future of the vehicles.

Grupo Antolin and HiRain Technologies have already started a few joint advanced dynamic ambient lighting projects. Also, a new interior lighting feature required by final end-customer will come to light in the Chinese market in 2019 and is expected to grow exponentially in the coming years.
