Germany’s profine Group opens a New Extrusion Plant for uPVC Profiles in India

Profine India Plantprofine Group has opened a new production facility in Vadodara, India. The facility is located close to the extrusion plant of the system supplier, which is operating since 2013.
With the installation of the new plant, profine has increased its capacity in India from three to five extrusion lines bringing the production capacity up to 6,000 tons per year of uPVC profiles. In addition, a foiling line for the color-finishing of window profiles is installed.
The new plant is designed for 15 extrusion lines to process 15,000 tons of uPVC profiles per year on an area of 20,000 square meters. The plant also has extensive logistics area and a technical training center. profine has invested Euro13 million till date in the Indian market.
