Reid Canada Inc., a subsidiary of Consolidated Container Company (CCC), has taken over Polybottle Group Limited and Humberline Packaging Inc. from ABC Group to expand operations in Canada and introduce the innovative Dura-Lite family of bottles.
Polybottle and Humberline are the leading manufacturers of plastic bottles for the food, beverage, automotive, and industrial and specialty chemical industries having manufacturing facilities in Toronto, Vancouver, and Edmonton.

CCC has taken over Montreal based DeltaPac in the second quarter of this year. Addition of Polybottle and Humberline into the CCC family, will create a strong foundation for the launch of its Dura-Lite family of packaging for food, beverage, and industrial markets.

CCC, till date, has shipped more than 300 million Dura-Lite bottles to several national beverage manufacturers throughout the United States.
