Apex Plastics, a leading extrusion plastics blow molder, recently equipped its Brookfield, Missouri facility with a novel Bekum H-155 blow molding machine. It is the third Bekum H-155 machine for the company in past four years.
These extrusion blow molding machines of the firm have the potential to produce numerous kinds of products, be it small bottles or large handleware. Due to multiple heads, the company can easily produce various types of bottles and containers, regardless of their size or cavitation. As soon as Apex bought and installed the machine, it began to run init projects for different bottles and containers. Thereby, it has successfully kept the machine busy in a short period.
The new machine allows the company to be big enough to contain the growth it has been experiencing. The company has spent around $4.5 million in the last four years in enhancing facilities and equipment to meet the client requirements.
Apex president Damon Neff said, “By adding the new Bekum H-155, we will be able to improve lead times and meet the increasing demand for our products. It is yet another example of our commitment to providing a high-quality blow molded bottles and containers as well as great customer service.”
